At Abeeha Furniture, we are committed to delivering high-quality mesh chairs
designed to meet your seating needs with style and durability. Our warranty ensures
peace of mind by covering manufacturing defects and faults that occur under normal
use for the specified period based on the product category.

Warranty Duration

The warranty duration for each product is as follows.

  • One-Month Replacement and Return Warranty
  • One-Year Structural Warranty (Parts Replacement)

Change of mind is not applicable.

Exclusions and Limitations

Abeeha Furniture’s warranty covers defects in material or workmanship under normal use
but does not include:

  • Damage caused by misuse or abuse of the product.
  • Improper assembly or deviation from the provided assembly instructions.
  • Normal wear and tear from regular use over time.
  • Damage due to natural disasters or Acts of God.
  • Transportation or shipping damages.
  • Unauthorized modifications made without Abeeha Furniture’s consent.
  • Improper storage conditions.
  • Natural variations in materials, such as color, grain, and texture in fabrics or mesh.
  • Aging of materials like mesh, leatherette, and fabrics, which may result in minor
    changes in appearance over time.
  • Dye transfer (crocking or reverse crocking) from clothing on seating materials.

Products damaged in any of these ways are not considered defective under the warranty
and will not qualify for repair, replacement, or refund.

Warranty Claim Process

1. Contacting Customer Service:

Reach out to our customer service team or the sales representative who assisted you with
your purchase. You can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email at your convenience.

2. Providing Damage Details:

Provide a clear description of the damage or issue and include photographs or videos if possible.
If the issue can be demonstrated via video (e.g., a simple malfunction), please include that for
faster resolution.

3. Assessment and Resolution:

Our team will assess the warranty claim and determine the appropriate solution. For minor repairs,
we may arrange for spare parts or on-site repair services. For more significant issues, we will
discuss repair or replacement options.

Warranty Remedies

Repair or Replacement:

We will repair the defective product or provide a replacement. If repair is not feasible, a replacement
of the same model or a comparable alternative will be offered.

Comparable Product Substitution:

If a direct replacement is unavailable, we will suggest a comparable product. If the alternative
product is priced higher, you may need to pay the difference. Discounts may be offered to minimize
the cost difference.

Return and Shipping

For valid warranty claims:

  • Shipping Costs: We will cover the shipping cost for product returns and delivery of
    repaired or replacement items.
  • On-Site Repairs: Labor costs for on-site repairs are also covered.

Please note that non-warranty claims or issues beyond the warranty scope may incur additional charges.

Additional Terms

  • Repairs or replacements under warranty do not extend the original warranty period.
  • Abeeha Furniture reserves the right to inspect or request the return of defective products before
    approving any warranty remedies.
  • Customers are responsible for installation or reinstallation costs unless specified otherwise.
  • Warranty coverage applies only to original, unaltered, and unmodified products.
