1. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products under these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse any order at our sole discretion.
  • Once an order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent. However, this does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
  • If we cancel your order, you will be notified, and a full refund will be issued.

2. Pricing and Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice.
  • Prices do not include applicable taxes, shipping, or handling fees, which will be calculated at checkout.
  • Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase via the accepted payment methods provided on our website.
  • We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by such errors.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Holiday Shipping: Orders placed by December 12th have the best chance of Christmas delivery, though delivery times are not guaranteed due to external factors.
  • We currently ship within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as to select U.S. territories and Canada.
  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Bulk orders of 6 or more chairs qualify for free curbside freight delivery.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

4. Return and Refund Policy

  • One-Month Return & Replacement Warranty: Products can be returned or replaced within 30 days of purchase if they meet return conditions.
  • One-Year Structural Warranty (Parts Replacement): Covers manufacturing defects in chair components under normal use.
  • Change of Mind: Returns due to a change of mind are not applicable.
  • Return Conditions: The item must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
  • How to Initiate a Return:
    • Contact our Customer Support at info@abeehafurniture.com with your order number.
    • Obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
    • Ship the item back following the provided instructions.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Abeeha Furniture is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages resulting from product misuse.
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, product images, and materials on this site are the property of Abeeha Furniture and may not be used without prior written consent.

7. Dispute Resolution, Arbitration, and Class Action Waiver

  • All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
  • Class Action Waiver: Disputes must be resolved on an individual basis and cannot be consolidated with others.
  • Arbitration will take place in California, or virtually if both parties agree.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
